"My husband's snoring is no longer a problem! It stopped the first night he used the Oxygen Pillow. Excellent!" P. Stager – Dallas, TX
"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible Oxygen pillow!! I have slept very well for the past week, and have been able to stay on my back the entire night, which my wife would say, is an amazing feat! Thanks to you, I'm sleeping and healing, rather than tossing and turning!!" Clay A. – Dallas, TX
"Last week I underwent surgery – an esophageal diverticulectomy – where the doctor had warned me to expect "a bit of a sore throat for a week or so." After the surgery, I had my wife bring in my Oxygen Pillow. As claimed in the commercial, it did relax my neck, shoulders, and throat so that the sore throat was gone in less than two days and I went home from the hospital two days early." Bud S. – Oakland, CA
"Don't tell the owner I said this, but I would have paid a million bucks for the Oxygen Pillow if I had known Larry wouldn't snore anymore! Joyce M. – Hugo, OK

The Oxygen Pillow comes in multiple sizes and firmness levels. Consequently, it is not a one size fits all pillow.
In deciding which Oxygen Pillow is best for you, you must assess:
- Primary sleeping positions
- Your physical size – shoulder width, size and (oddly enough) the weight of your head.
- Firmness or contour of your current bed.
General Guidelines
Side sleepers should assess shoulder width and firmness of bed to decide how much cushion is necessary to keep the head, neck and spine in a neutral sleeping position.
The bigger you are, the taller your pillow should be, particularly, if you are predominantly a side sleeper with big, broad shoulders and an enormous noggin.
On the other hand, if you are a back or stomach sleeper with a smaller build, then you need a flatter pillow. Back and stomach sleepers should stick to the flatter pillows.
What is a neutral sleeping position?
As it relates to a pillow, this basically means that the head, neck and spine are all in alignment and the cervical spine is not being pushed by the pillow into a position which is not natural, consequently, joints and muscles are free of tension.
