Pillow & Bedding Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Søvn European Sleep Systems.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our Online Store, you may return the item to Søvn European Sleep Systems within 7 days of delivery to you.

  • Pillows and bedding are extremely personal items and as such are not returnable for a full refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on refund.
  • Customer is responsible for costs of shipping to the Søvn European Sleep Systems.
  • Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • The item must be returned in like-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
  • Credit will be applied when product is received and proof can be verified by Søvn European Sleep Systems. Please allow 7 days from the date product is received by Søvn.
  • This return policy pertains only to (a) Oxygen Pillows, (b) Oxygen Pillow – Travel size, (c) Odeja Comforters, (d)
  • Mattress Protectors, (e) Washable Pillow Covers and (f) Natura Pura Sheet Sets.
  • Pillow tops/mattress toppers are non-refundable.

Mattress Return Policy

If after your Comfort Exchange, you are not satisfied with the mattress purchased from our Online Store, you may return the item to Søvn European Sleep Systems. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on refund. In addition, the customer is responsible for costs of shipping to the Søvn warehouse facility.

Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned in like-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Credit will be applied when product is received and proof can be verified by Søvn European Sleep Systems. Please allow 20 days for credit from the date product is received by Søvn.

  • Returns will not be made on mattresses kept over 60 days after comfort exchange.
  • Pillow tops/mattress toppers are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to the Søvn store or return it by mail for a replacement. Damages must be documented on delivery documentation at the time of delivery. Documentation must be made on Bill of Lading at the time of delivery or if concealed damages exist, they must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date.
